If you choose to use out of network benefits through your insurance, I can provide you with a Superbill which you will submit for reimbursement. I do not bill insurance for you. I recommend contacting your insurance company and asking about your benefits and reimbursement procedures and rates prior to scheduling.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session. Cancellation notice by email is preferred.
